To access certain features you must register for an account. You agree to:

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to submit the content.
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• CVs and application materials are truthful and accurate.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by GlobalSponsorJobs Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Employers posting on GlobalSponsorJobs confirm that they:

• Are licensed sponsor employers under the applicable national immigration scheme at the time of posting.
• Will maintain their sponsor licence in good standing for the duration of any sponsored employment.
• Will only sponsor candidates in roles that meet the prescribed skill and salary thresholds.
• Are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job listings.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Any job listing will result in an offer of employment or a successful visa application.
• Immigration data is complete, accurate, or up to date — immigration rules change frequently.
• The Service will meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GlobalSponsorJobs Ltd and its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Damages arising from reliance on immigration data or employer information provided on the platform.
• Costs of procuring substitute services.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) £100 (one hundred pounds sterling).

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for certain damages — in such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
